An-easy-to-make Diet Dish

My coworker and I have always exchanged ideas in keeping fitted and losing fats in certain area of our bodies (whether we will put our words into actions is another thing ^_^). I'm talking about how to lose weights healthily, but not like spending a few grants and getting hooked up to a bunch of machines as seen in some nowadays' commericals. Today, this coworker of mine had brought me this Vietnamese style salad dish to try and I really enjoyed it. I figure it maybe a good idea to share the recipe here in my blog, so you can give it a try if you're on diet as well.

In a saucepan, preheat 1 tablespoon of olive oil, then add the following ingredients:
1 can of corn
Some chopped green onion
Some chopped chilli pepper
2 teaspoon of fish sauce (the Vietnamese kind)
1 teaspoon of sugar

I was told that this dish is designed for the poor in Vietnam. Oh well, who cares if it tastes good, easy to make, and more important, it is a straight veggie plate that doesn't add extra fats in my body. Hope you will enjoy it as much as I do!

Honey Bee,

Thanks for giving us this Vitnemese salad recipe. We, a group of female co-workers would start taking it as lunch by next working day after weekend. You are so kind.
