A Baked Souffle

This is something new that I lately had ... A baked Souffle.

I couldn't help but to ask the waiters what it was when I saw it coming out one after another from the kitchen. In order to satisfy my curiosity and my taste buds, I decided to order one and it took about 30 minutes to bake.
After trying it ... I have to say, it's definitely fun to eat. Whether it tastes good, it's hard to say. To me, it tastes OK (eggs, milk, vanilla). However, it has a very light texture, a bit foamy-like, so it's like eating nothing, definitely not filling -- perfect choice for dessert.
