My Souffle = Sweet Spam

I learned how to make Souffle the other day and I decided to give it a shot myself. Knowing that I had always failed in making dessert, I didn't put too much hope in my first attempt. Surprisingly, wow-la! It's a pretty successful trial for a first timer. Here's my souffle. Pretty, huh?









Sigh, but then, I tried making it again just now by adding some cappuccino's flavor ... and it turned out to be a disaster and everything ended in the trash can. And, someone only tried a small bite and the comment was ...
